| 2. Written by Theunderstanding on March 8, 2012 from dallas, texas, US Another ignorant one... Dont want to get called? make your payments like you agreed and signed your name to. get your lazy #&* up and to a store or post office to receive your fax since you need this reduction so badly. They dont have to do this for you, they offered it to help you ungrateful consumer. They are emailing it like you ask, if your not getting it, stop assuming they are not sending it and contact your ISP or email provider. supervisors have no clue because the problem isnt on their end, its somewhere in between or your end. Thousands of people get their documents as requested. Go get the fax somewhere and quit acting like you need to be spoonfed and pampered. |
