1 day late on payment...get 6+ calls a day for it. Applied for reduction in payments due to lay off and they were suppose to send out email for me to confirm it and I have requested the same email at least 20 times over the last 6 weeks...even used husbands email to try that...still has not showed up..supervisors have no clue...in the mean time am still getting at least 6 calls per day for my past due payment. NOthing but problems since they took over my loan. Fees to pay payments are horrendous not to mention all there late fees ....when this problem started with them to begin with by not getting email to me. They refuse to use the US Postal service to send it to me....is to old fashion I guess...they offered to fax it but...if I could afford a fax machine for my home then I probably would not need to reduce my payments. 12a6b7f

Dont want to get called? make your payments like you agreed and signed your name to. get your lazy #&* up and to a store or post office to receive your fax since you need this reduction so badly. They dont have to do this for you, they offered it to help you ungrateful consumer. They are emailing it like you ask, if your not getting it, stop assuming they are not sending it and contact your ISP or email provider. supervisors have no clue because the problem isnt on their end, its somewhere in between or your end. Thousands of people get their documents as requested. Go get the fax somewhere and quit acting like you need to be spoonfed and pampered. |
