Federal Reserve review of banking system ...Bloomberg News. Federal Reserve officially cleared dozens of banks to boost scheduled payouts after conducting annual stress test that proved to rigorous , again, for Deutsche Bank AG and BANKO SANTANDER SA......

Santander says (paraphrasing) They are devoting staff and resources to improving and that it expects to fare better in 2017.

Hummmmmm....so I'm not the only one who thinks any of Santanders companies, banks lending practices are shady.

Seems the U.S.A. thinks sp too. why not let the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (FTC) and the CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU (CFPB) handle your concerns complaints?

takes stress out of dealing with them to use Federal government as go between..they have to respond to your complaints/questions within 15 days..not happy with their response? file another complaint..the more the merrier.

Me and my mom are so completely upside down in a loan right now we borrowed 19000, payed 13000 and still owe 16000 and the car is at the end of its life. They didn't offer GAP so if there is an accident we are screwed of we voluntarily repo it we are screwed.

Nobody will touch the loan for refinance, nobody will do a trade in and when I went to try to trade it an even santander themselves came back with a no for "excessive auto loan debt" and the "delinquency on auto payment" there was never one late payment til last month (June 2016), at the time of the inquiry there had been 26 on time payments since the loan was initiated. When we got the car in February of 2014 they told us after regular payments We could just refinance the loan then after the first year I called to do that and they said no we don't refinance.

So no refinance, no trade in, and an almost broken car that clearly had significant front end damage before i bought it because the bumper doesn't line up with the hood, the two headlights were after market headlights missing through Chevy logo at the bulb cutout. I didn't do a carfax LESSON LEARNED so I've submitted a complaint with the Massachusetts AG is there anywhere else I can complain to?

File complaints with federal trade commission, CFPB, Dallas better business Bureau and your state's attorney general. I'm in the same situation and was told the very same thing about refinancing.
