If that doesnt work, speak to the office of the president. It will get handled. Dont want your friends and family getting called? Dont put them down as references. You gave them permission to call, read the contract. Your other option is to pay your loan as you originally agreed. Dont like your loan balance or your contract end date? Stop paying late. When you pay late, less money goes towards your principal. If you pay 30 days late, your going to pay an extra 30 days of simple interest before the rest goes towards principal. Your leftover balance is not interest, its principal you never paid off cause your too busy paying extra interest since your late so much. Deferments cause the same thing. Got a two month deferment? your paying an extra 60 days of daily interest. Read the contract. |

Written by good guy on February 11, 2012 from dallas, texas, US jimmy not sure what your talking about....as an employee of santander i can tell you ..i have seen plenty of accounts that the people pay 2-3 times what the loan was for.....and we wont even settle on the loan with them after the company has made the money back 2-3 times over |
