Santander is charging us 18000 dollars for a 10000 dollar loan. Our loan started out with citi financial and apparently they sold it to Santander. Now Santander is telling us we have a loan of 96 months with an interest rate of over 14 percent". Our loan started out at 72 months/. As of our last bill we still owe over 8700 dollars and we have been paying on our car for over 5 years!. His car should be paid off and its not!. We are soooooo very pissed/. They call us 4 or 5 times a day". We have gotten to the point of just telling them to take their car and shove it where the sun dont shine". Yes , we will be joining the lawsuit against these so called people?. All they do is rip people off. 12a72ca

It's now Feb 2012 and i have paid them not 14,000 but 17.000 and i am still paying and i had the truck 8 years.I also have the title and iv'e had it for a year and santander IS'NT ON IT.I am lost as to what to do to settle the mess and be done with this loan.After all this they say i owe them 2400.00 still . I feel something is wrong and that my loan is really paid long ago and that i shoudn't have to pay anymore. I NEED HELP ON THIS MATTER AND I DON'T WHERE TO TURN. |
